Spring 2025 Closing Information
Residents are encouraged to leave within 24 hours of their last class/final – classes end Monday, May 19, 2025.
The Student Village closes at 10:00 am for non-graduating students on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
Graduation will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
The Student Village closes at 10:00 am for graduating seniors on Friday, May 23, 2025.
Summer 2025 Housing Information
The below information will be edited at a future date.
Summer Housing is available for students who are taking at least 1 credit during the summer.
The summer terms include Full Term (June 2 – August 8), Term I (June 2 – July 3). Term II (July 7 – August 8).

Fall 2025 Opening Information
Fall 2025 opening at the Student Village will take place Saturday, August 23, 2025.
You MUST meet all requirements listed on our Housing Application page. Your arrival time is:
- 4th Floor Room assignments: 9:00 am – 10:30 am
- 3rd Floor Room assignments: 10:30 am – Noon
- 2nd Floor Room assignments: 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm
- 1st Floor Room assignments: 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
If you have difficulty meeting your designated time you can request to come from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm, or make specific arrangements for Saturday.
REMINDER: Mandatory Housing Orientation for New/Transfer students on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

*Those with late classes on the day of the Student Village closing, or a travel delay, may request to stay overnight to the following morning at 10:00 am.
2025- 2026 Break Housing Information
The Student Village will remain open during Thanksgiving and Spring Break – Residents MUST complete the application/registration to remain. Please note that Dining will not be open.
Winter Break
- The Student Village closes Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm*, and reopens on Saturday, January 24, 2026.
*Those with late classes on the day of the Student Village closing, or a travel delay, may request to stay overnight to the following morning at 10:00 am. - Break Days December 17 thorough January 23.
Spring 2026 Opening Information
*ALL students must have satisfied their financial obligation; through financial aid, payment plan or paid in full.
*You CANNOT move in without completing both of the above requirements.

- New Students: 9:00 am – Noon
- Returning Students: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Sunday, January 25, 2026
- 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
