Student Village rates are listed by semester per person per room type. Rates are approved by the SUNY Broome Community College Housing Board each year. All rates are subject to change.

- Housing staff will work with you to determine if your summer housing assignment will be your current apartment/room, or if there would be a requirement to move to an alternate location.
- Summer housing assignments are at the discretion of the Director of Housing, or designee.

2023-2024 Break Housing Options:
The Student Village will remain open during Thanksgiving and Spring Break – we have not determined if students will be required to notify Housing. Please note that Dining will not be open.
Winter Break
- The Student Village closes Monday December 18, 2023 at 7:00 pm*, reopens on Saturday, January 25, 2024.
*Those with late classes on the day of the Student Village closing, or a travel delay, may request to stay overnight to the following morning at 10:00 am. - Break days would include Tuesday, December 19 through Friday, January 24.

Check Out the Jumpstart Scholarship:
First-time qualified students will receive a minimum of $500 in funding, while Student Village residents will receive a minimum of $1000 or more.
