I am Still on the Housing Waitlist. What does that mean?
The waitlist is used to keep track of those who are still interested in on-campus (Student Village) housing should that become available. Those on the waitlist DO NOT have a room in the Student Village.
Unless you are notified by the Housing Office with your room number, do not just show up. There will NOT be a room for you.

What About Your DEPOSIT???
The choice is yours. Here are your options.
- You can request a refund on your deposit. To do this simply email housing@sunybroome.edu and ask that your deposit be returned. We will cancel your application and process your request. A check will be mailed to the student whom applied at their address listed with the institution.
- You can continue to wait to see if you are able to secure a room. Very few rooms become available between now and the start of the school year.
- You can have your deposit applied to the Spring 2019 housing process. Although there is no guarantee that rooms become available for students wishing to move into the Student Village in January, we typically have some openings that have previously been filled by those who could not get into the Student Village in the Fall. To do this simply email housing@sunybroome.edu and ask that your deposit be used for Spring housing.
