Gina strives to support students and alumni as they prepare for their careers in a variety of ways. Whether you are looking to develop your resume or cover letter, identify and develop appropriate applied learning experiences, recruit SUNY Broome students/alumni, utilize Purple Briefcase or search for a job, Gina is eager to work with you.
Gina earned her B.S. in English from SUNY Oneonta in 2007 and her M.S. in Student Affairs Administration from Binghamton University in 2010. Before settling at SUNY Broome in 2015, Gina worked at SUNY Oswego for 5 years in both Residence Life and Housing and Experiential Learning.
Erin Marulli, Career Coach
Erin serves as the Career Readiness Coach for all of our Career and Technical Education (CTE) Perkins programs. She is eager to serve CTE/Perkins students as they embark on their career search. She is available to assist with resume development, job search process, interview preparation, or anything related to career readiness and professional skill development.
Erin holds a Master of Science in Student Affairs Administration and Master of Public Administration from Binghamton University (2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from SUNY Oswego (2013). Erin most recently acted as the lead of a two-time NASPA award-winning SUNY PIF grant (HEARS) focusing on access and completion in higher education at SUNY Broome and Binghamton University for four years. Erin is the proud recipient of NASPA’s Region II 2019 Community College Professional Award.

Jessica Mitchell, Student Employment Coordinator
Jessica is passionate about making large and lasting changes in the lives of the students she works with. Specializing in Student Employment at SUNY Broome, she works to help students develop meaningful professionalism skills throughout their time as a student employee. Jessica, utilizing a SUNY PIF grant, has a goal of implementing an On-Campus Student Employment program that enables more SUNY Broome students to engage with applied learning opportunities and increase their career readiness.
Jessica graduates in May 2020 with her Master of Science in Student Affairs Administration from Binghamton University and graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from SUNY Oswego. She has over four years experience leading large teams in a retail setting as well as experience supervising student employees throughout her graduate school career. She feels that a focus on development, feedback, and support is critical to fostering a positive team environment and enabling your staff to succeed. Sophia Richardson, Student Assistant
Sophia Richardson is currently a SUNY Broome student in the Binghamton Advantage Program with plans to pursue a career in the healthcare industry. Sophia enjoys assisting visitors to the Center for Career Development and learning all the ways she can improve her professional skills.
