Please submit an Intent to Graduate form so your department can confirm that you have met all the degree requirements to award your degree. This must be submitted for the semester in which you intend to graduate – this is the semester in which your last required course(s) will be completed. This must be received by a specified deadline in order to be listed in the Commencement Booklet, other materials including the website, and to receive valuable information about the commencement ceremony.
Fall 2021 deadline to submit: December 1, 2021
*Students who completed their requirements during the fall 2021 semester and did not submit their intent to graduate form, please do so ASAP.
Spring 2022 deadline to submit: March 15, 2022
Summer 2022 deadline to submit: March 15, 2022
*Summer graduates wishing to be included in the Commencement Brochure must submit by March 15, 2022.
Late deadline for spring and summer 2022: May 1, 2022
*Students who submit between March 15, 2022 and May 1, 2022 are not guaranteed to appear in the Commencement Brochure.
Fall 2022 deadline to submit: October 15, 2022
Late deadline for fall 2022: December 1, 2022
Complete and submit your Intent to Graduate form to the Registrar’s Office via one of the following:
- Email to registrar1@sunybroome.edu or potters@sunybroome.edu
- Fax to +1 (607) 778-5294 (please be sure the form is completely legible)
- Submit in person, SS 105 (must bring photo ID)
- Mail to the address below:
