Financial Assistance
Child care can be a burdensome expense. The SUNY Child Care Block Grant Subsidy is a federal program that pays up to 95% of child care tuition for income-eligible students. Most students receive the financial support necessary to make child care affordable.
Similarly, faculty, staff and community members can take advantage of the New York State Child Care Assistance Program. Currently families with a household income of less than 300% the state income standard are eligible for tuition subsidies.
