Please submit an Intent to Graduate form so your department can confirm that you have met all the degree requirements to award your degree. This must be submitted for the semester in which you intend to graduate – this is the semester in which your last required course(s) will be completed. This must be received by a specified deadline in order to be listed in the Commencement Booklet, other materials including the website, and to receive valuable information about the commencement ceremony.
Spring 2021 deadline to submit: May 1, 2021
Summer 2021 deadline to submit: August 1, 2021
*Summer graduates wishing to be included in the Commencement Brochure must submit by May 1, 2021
Fall 2021 deadline to submit: December 1, 2021
Please go to MyCollege. Sign on using your user name and password.
Once you are in MyCollege click the Student tab on top and select Student Records and Submit Intent to Graduate Form. Complete the information requested and submit.
- Obtain a username and password for Self-Service Banner
- Sign into Self-Service Banner
Once you are in Self-Service Banner
a. Click on the Student tab on the top
b. Click on Student records
c. Click on Submit Intent to Graduate Form and complete the information required
