The Ice Center only closes if Broome County is under a State of Emergency.
When New York State is under a State of Emergency it simply means that the state is allocating its resources to assist an area in need, and it has no affect on the Ice Center.
This also means that if the SUNY Broome campus closes due to inclement weather, the Ice Center will remain open for the community and our customers unless otherwise noted.
