Dr. Lamoureux is very proud to have received a Master’s in Teaching prior to his Ph.D. in Biology. For his PhD research, Dr. Lamoureux studied the Green Frog, and he currently studies Map Turtles in the Susquehanna River. He also was instrumental in putting trails and informational kiosks in the SUNY Broome Natural Areas. He enjoys our field-based courses, and he has co-led SUNY Broome trips to the Everglades, Western National Parks, and Costa Rica two times each.
