Abstract: Supports three goal areas intended to drive the direction and vision for Career & Technical Education (CTE) at SUNY Broome: Goal 1 – Supporting CTE Students with Disabilities via the Provision of Dedicated Student Success Coaching Activities; Goal 2 – Improving CTE Performance Indicators Among All Student Populations via Provision of Targeted Student Success Coaching Activities; and Goal 3 – Improving Programs of Study by Updating Them with Current Technologies & Equipment Used in the Top Five Regional Industries. These goals and their associated grant-funded activities, personnel, and equipment purchases were derived from the data, needs, and gaps identified in the institution’s Community Local Needs Assessment, which was a NYSED-required process to receive Perkins funding in the 2024-25 & 2025-2026 grant years.
