Media coverage can be a great way to get the word out about your SUNY Broome-related event or initiative. Our MarCom office uses a curated list of local and regional media stations as well as SUNY contacts to help get the word out about your story.
The MarCom office should be notified and aware of any time a media outlet is on campus. MarCom will typically help set up interviews, suggest footage to reporters, attend the meeting, etc. This also notifies the office to include your news story in upcoming reports.
If a reporter contacts you:
