Summer 2023
We participated in a global field experience in the land of fire and ice. From waterfalls and glaciers to hot springs and volcanoes, Iceland is a land of geological phenomena. This two-credit field experience course covers geological and environmental aspects of Iceland through pre-trip online study and a week-long field experience in Iceland. Students were required to keep field notebooks and collected and analyzed environmental data.
