Tairi Roque Mead has worked in academia since 2003 and finds mathematics fascinating, but her passion is teaching. She is the eldest of four children and a first-generation college student. She has been part of the Mathematics Department since 2009.
When she is not teaching, you will most likely find her playing with her children, playing soccer, running, reading, playing chess, bowling, hitting golf balls, or doing yoga.
Fun Fact: Her Goldendoodle’s name is Bernoulli.
