More About Fall 2021 Online Instruction Program
The Entrepreneurial Assistance Center 60-Hour Business Start-Up Program is the quickest and easiest way to harness the myriad of your small business ideas and thoughts and focus upon building and executing your simple, focused start-up plan.
Upon completion of the program, entrepreneurs can expect to be ready to launch their business for 2022! For small businesses already off the ground but looking to formalize a written plan to seek loans/investors to grow their businesses, this is a structured means to clearly articulate attainable and manageable business and sales goals.
The program’s business coach, Cheryl Fabrizi, walks participants through the “must knows” and “must dos” during each two-hour session. The program is rich in information, examples, discussions, resources, connections and group and individual coaching.
Each week, participants will make successful progress towards a simple, focused start-up plan, which is the program’s key required deliverable.
Participants will also receive several hours of scheduled, individualized coaching to assure progress and get answers to specific questions about their business model, products, services, marketing, finances, target customers and more!
More About The Program From Past Participants
Here are just a few comments from past participants when asked how they benefited from the program:
“I wouldn’t think of successfully creating my small business start-up plan any other way! The group and individualized support from program participants and the instructor were great motivators for me to make weekly valuable progress.”
“I’ve tried how-to books, seeking out sample business plans, and conducting endless internet research. I ended up with overwhelming information and unmanageable ideas. The EAC program helped me organize everything, so I was able to confidently move ahead with a manageable plan especially for my business needs and goals.”
“I didn’t need another course to tell me how to develop a plan. I needed a program that provided me with a weekly focus – business model, business and sales goals, marketing, finances, and more. Seeing progress each week motivated me even more to get my ideas into a simple, structured document that I would work and re-work as I learned more about myself, my industry, my competitors and my customers.”
“Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can’t say thanks enough for the self-confidence you helped build in me week after week in the program. I look back and realize that I started with a questionable business idea, and now I have a very clear sense of what I need to accomplish to be a successful entrepreneur to sell my unique and competitive services. And yes, thank you one more time!”
“I went from several years of endless research to successfully committing to a plan I developed in a matter of weeks! This is the best way to get any small business up and selling to customers.”
