Getting Started
Turn your ideas into a sustainable start-up plan for your small business with our program designed to support business owners at all stages. Whether you’re already established in business or just starting out, we will guide you through refining your concepts and creating a healthy foundation for success.
We assist you in developing your business plan, crafting a marketing strategy, identifying resources, and collaborating with established businesses to provide you with the essential tools for a thriving business.
Our classes offer a hybrid experience. You can attend in person at the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator’s 3rd-floor classroom or virtually via Zoom. You have the flexibility to choose either format or a combination of both.
At the end of the program, we host a pitch competition and a closing celebration. During these events, we recognize all participants who have successfully completed the program and announce the winners of the competition.
