Abstract: Supports greater international exchange of students between SUNY Broome and the Universidad de Celaya (Celaya, Mexico) via the development and launch of a new, bilateral study abroad program that targets participation by underrepresented students in both countries and provides participating students with unique, faculty-led learning experiences in the fields of humanities and social sciences.
