More than 200 emergency responders and members of the National Guard were on campus, and started arriving on Thursday, September 8, 2011. In addition to BCC personnel, responders include members of the Fire Department of New York (FDNY), National Guard, as well as Fire Departments from communities in Monroe, Orange and Chemung Counties, to name a few.
